We have strict quality control process mainly refer to the pressure test and pipeline test.
Usually we make three times of test of pressure of fermenteration tanks and bright beer tanks.
The tool used for test: Air compressor machine, soapy water
The test object: Pressure of cooling jacket of fermenters and brites tanks; Pressure of inner tanks of fermenters and brites.
Time of duration for test: 24 hours
Test pressure: 0.3Mpa for jacket and 0.25Mpa for inner tank
